My 5th and counting...

I'm so excited about cabochons now they've even invaded my dreams! I love everything about them, learning how to bead around them, learning new stitches, the way they look, the way they feel...I've now realized that when you start one you don't know how it's going to turn out. You just go with the look of the cab, the beads and then with the different stitches that you are using it just seems to come to life!
Cabochons fascinate me and now I even have my very good friend who is like a sister to me, Beth making them now for me! (Thanks Sweetie, they're gorgeous!) You can take a peek at what she's made since last night at Bellesanbeaus Crafts. I have to say that Beth didn't even know what a cabochon was until I started working with them about a month ago and she's still not seen one in person! But I can't wait to be able to try to bead something with the ones she made, they're awesome! I'm actually thinking I'm going to attempt a Bead Embroidery piece with some of them. That's another project that I'll be self teaching myself, just like cabochons!
But...getting back to my 5th cabochon, I'd like to introduce to you, "Desert Sea".

Thanks so much for stopping in today and I hope that you have a wonderful rest of your weekend, Happy 1st Day of Spring! So, until the next time...Bead Happy everyone!
Hugs and happy beading...

Miss Bobbi...that is so stunning what you have done. You are absolutely right I had no idea what a cab was other than a mode of transportaton we can't afford!!! lol I am so pleased you are happy with your painted ladies and have more on the table to do as we speak. Thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement ...and for pushing me along. It amazes me that you think I can do something that when we first start talking about it I honestly think your crazy...I can't do that. But I do...so now I must get back to work on your pretties!

I have to tell you I really enjoyed your pictures yesterday! I don't get to go places because of my health so to see that, well it was very refreshing! Thank you for posting them. The picture of you and Daniel was a great picture, one that needs framing. Happy Spring to you and to Daniel and I hope your day is a beautiful one!

Hi Bobbi, you have done a fantastic job on these. Simply beautiful. Cabs can take over. I have a cab problem myself. They do say admitting to the problem is the first step to recovery LOL!

Hi Nicole, thank you so much! I've heard that before about admitting to the problem is the first step to recovery. There's one thing though, I know I have a problem and that I'm a addict, but I don't care, give me more cabs, more beads, more, more, more...YIKES.......I have to go and touch a cab now, then I'll be alright. lol
Thanks for stopping in this afternoon. I hope that you have a fantastic rest of your day! Bead Happy!
